Information about how personal information provided through this survey will be used by the University of Oxford in connection with the administration of this event/activity, and related purposes, is outlined below:

for the purposes of organising events/activities including event selection; tracking future outcomes of event participants, including applications to Oxford and other Higher Education Institutions; monitoring and research including (but not limited to) evaluation of the impact of events/activities (including events not organised by Oxford); producing statistics, including event application and participation numbers, and participant outcomes; and sending information to participants about Oxford and about applying to Higher Education. Data may be shared by Oxford with colleges, faculties, and departments, administrative units, international offices, recognised alumni societies, and sports and other entities associated with such parties, and their third party data processors as relevant, as well as the Higher Education Statistics Agency, the Department for Education, the Higher Education Access Tracker (HEAT), and third parties managing HEAT’s database, and HEAT service subscribers and approved researchers. Data may be processed for additional purposes and transferred to additional third parties but only provided that Oxford does so in accordance with relevant data protection legislation, including by providing fair processing notices to individuals.
