Young Women's Conducting Workshop

Did you know that in the last 20 years there have been only 3 female principal conductors of British orchestras? This Fitzwilliam College workshop aims to start remedying that by offering the opportunity to young women.

Bookings have now opened for Fitzwilliam’s Conducting workshop for state school girls aged 12-15, run in collaboration with the Royal Philharmonic Society Women Conductors Programme.

Taught by Alice Farnham, one of Britain's leading female conductors, and Alma Sheehan, body-language coach.
