Keble College – Theology & Religion Essay Competition
NEW Essay Submission Deadline – Tuesday 6th June 2017
Keble College is running an essay competition to encourage more interest in Theology & Religion in schools, and to offer an opportunity for year 12 & 13 students to consider questions of contemporary and historical significance in more depth.
Any post-16 student is invited to submit an essay of up to 1,500 words on ONE of this year’s questions. There’s no need for entrants to be studying Theology/Religion A level. A cash prize of £300 will be awarded to the writer of the essay judged best by a panel of Keble College theologians and smaller prizes will be awarded to runners-up.
All entrants & prize-winners will also be invited to a one-day awards event at Keble College in June, which will include lunch in Hall and a Theology themed college tour.
